7-Day Self-Serve Exchange Policy

At Elara Sarees, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange policy.

Eligibility

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for exchange

How To Raise An Exchange

  • Email us at elarasarees@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 78610 00397 within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Share your order number, reason for exchange, and photos of the product
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps

Exchange Delivery Options

Option How It Works Charges
Self Drop-Off You courier the item to us at your nearest courier center ₹100 (paid by customer)
Pickup Service We arrange a pickup from your doorstep ₹250 (deducted from exchange)

Self Drop-Off Instructions

  • Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging
  • Ship it to: 313, 3rd Floor, Tulsi Arcade, Saket Raw House, Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat – 394101
  • Use any reliable courier (Delhivery, DTDC, India Post etc.)
  • Share the tracking number with us on WhatsApp at +91 78610 00397 after shipping
  • Exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item

Pickup Service Instructions

  • Request pickup while raising your exchange request
  • ₹250 will be deducted from the exchange order value
  • Pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours of confirmation
  • Ensure the item is packed and ready at the time of pickup

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Blouse stitched or customised products
  • Items with visible signs of use, stains, or damage caused after delivery
  • Products without original tags or packaging
