7-Day Self-Serve Exchange Policy
At Elara Sarees, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange policy.
Eligibility
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for exchange

- Share your order number, reason for exchange, and photos of the product
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps
Exchange Delivery Options

Self Drop-Off Instructions
- Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging

- Use any reliable courier (Delhivery, DTDC, India Post etc.)
- Share the tracking number with us on WhatsApp at +91 78610 00397 after shipping
- Exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item
Pickup Service Instructions
- Request pickup while raising your exchange request
- ₹250 will be deducted from the exchange order value
- Pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours of confirmation
- Ensure the item is packed and ready at the time of pickup
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Blouse stitched or customised products
- Items with visible signs of use, stains, or damage caused after delivery
- Products without original tags or packaging
